Fantastic local experience! It's a must on a Saturday morning if you are in the area! There's a farmer's market to get local produce as well as vendors with artisanat handmade products and some inexpensive clothing like 10€ for a summer dress. Besides Thuir has many things to offer to visitors. And one of them is this café.
The café is located in a busy square with a huge shady plane tree in middle with tables and chairs around it. Sanitary Pass required for taking a coffee on the terrace. A coffee with the delicious "rousquille" a local biscuit coated with sugar wonderfully fondant in one's mouth for 1.80€.
There is a long queue to purchase the rousquilles, breads and patisseries.

On nous a recommandé de passer par ici pour goûter les fameuses rousquilles. Le personnel est sympa et souriant malgré le monde et la queue qui s'allonge au comptoir. Jolie petite place. Rousquilles validés ! Super texture et goût, une belle découverte.

Des rousquilles artisanales vraiment exceptionnelles. Quel régal !!! Je voulais être raisonnable et me limiter à une par jour. Trop difficile. Je recommande sans réserve.

God og velbesøgt bager og cafe I den centrale del af Thuir. Besøgte den en lørdag hvor det også markedsdag i byen. Næsten alle borde på pladsen var optaget og køen til butikken var 10 meter lang. Betjeningen. En kvik og hurtig servitrice sørgede for gæsterne udenfor huset. Man sidder udendørs i hyggelige omgivelser.

Arrivés un peu tard après la visite de la cave, nous avons trouvé cette boulangerie dont le nom nous a attiré sur cette jolie petite place. L'accueil a été très chaleureux et les condiments achetés et dégustés au retour de nos vacances étaient excellents! De là, à vouloir les commander à distance chose non possible après les voir appelé. Arriving a little late after visiting the cellar, we found this bakery whose name drew us to this pretty little square. Exceptionnelles Rousquilles ! Certainement les meilleurs de la région ! Pensez à arriver tôt (rupture de stock) ! Boulangerie et pâtisserie. Café sur très jolie place (platanes et fontaine). Boulangerie et sandwichs. Accès piéton recommandé.

Une boulangerie traditionnelle où l'on ne trouve que des bons produits, en particulier les rousquilles qui sont excellents. Située au bord d'une belle petite place commerçante, les gens peuvent également prendre un café croissant sous les feuillages d'un vieux platane centenaire. C'est très agréable.
